We are back at @normanside_ A couple weeks ago I got to quickly try these wings in passing and ever since then I’ve literally been dreaming about coming back and having this buffalo sauce. This isn’t your average butter and franks red hot mix, this is REAL flavor, TRUE heat. I almost feel like they deserved a spot in my best wings of the capital region series. I couldn’t just come and only get wings, so since it was cinco de mayo yesterday and Trish told me about the new marinated tacos on the menu, I had to give them a try. Let me tell you one thing about Normanside… they have MASTERED the sauce game. Every sauce they have is made right in house, no jarred stuff. From the ranch, to the sriracha, all the way down to the aji verde sauce for the tacos. Everything is made with intention and purpose. To compliment the dish instead of overpower or drown it. I can easily say this is becoming a regular stop for me.
