I genuinely don’t even know where to start with this one…
Having @nicolescateringalbany be a part of my 30th was one of the best decisions I made for the entire night. The food, the presentation, the execution… everything was truly a dream come true.
I had people coming up to me all night asking who did the catering, where are the nachos from? going back for seconds (and thirds), and still talking about it today.
From the way everything was set up to how smooth the whole experience felt for 165+ guests… they absolutely crushed it. It’s one thing to have good food, it’s another thing to create an experience people remember… and they did exactly that.
I’m super grateful for the effort, the professionalism, and the pride they clearly put into what they do. You guys made a huge part of my night unforgettable.

I was finally able to get over to Troy, New York and tour its newest wedding venue, Evermore Hall. It is a fully renovated building where the historic detail was maintained, and it is gorgeous!. They feature boutique hotel rooms for your guests to stay on-site and for you to get ready in. Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all happen on the top floor that is wrapped with incredible windows, has soaring ceilings and another perk is that you don’t need to end the party early because you can move to the first floor for your after party at Ilium brewing. She’s a showstopper so if you are looking for a venue, definitely go take a peek.!
