【新定番！🌞Nomcraft Pale Ale / ノムクラフトペールエール🌞】
ラガーとIPAを定番とする僕たちですが、ずっと「ペールエールも作りたい」という想いがありました。
僕たち自身、ペールエールが大好きです。低めのアルコール度数と、しっかりした味わいのバランス。
気軽に飲めるのに、ちゃんと満足感がある。そんな存在だからこそ、冷蔵庫に常備しておきたくなります。
Nomcraft Pale Aleは、モダンIPAとクラシックなペールエールのちょうど中間をイメージして設計しました。
軽やかで何杯でも飲みたくなるように、モルト感は重くしすぎず、それでいて水っぽくならない絶妙なバランスに。さらに控えめなドライホップによって、オレンジを思わせる爽やかなアロマがふわっと広がります。

This past week, our co-managing owner, Jack Lamb, and our favorite artist and friend @illustrativewest took a trip across seas over to @nomcraft.brewing in Wakayama, Japan to celebrate our collaboration on, “Moon Calendar,” our West Coast IPA.
We are humbled by their warm welcome into their brewery and city. Thanks for @nomcraft.brewing for hosting us and working on this cross pacific collaboration. And of course, huge shoutout to @illustrativewest by connecting our breweries with incredible art that always tells a captivating story.
