Discover Bayt Isa, a testament to the generosity of Isa bin Muqil and his family, who have been preserving history for over a century. Their story begins in Riyadh’s historic Irqah district, where Isa’s home stood tall near Al-Sana Mosque. 45 years ago, Fahd bin Muqil selflessly donated the family home for the mosque’s expansion, serving more worshippers. Fast forward to 2023, Badr bin Fahd bin Muqil revived Bayt Isa, restoring traditional Najdi homes with modern flair, preserving the neighborhood’s heritage.
تُجسّد قصة عيسى بن مقيّل وأحفاده واحدةً من أجمل أمثلة الحفاظ على التراث وخدمة المجتمع. فقد عاش عيسى في عرقة قبل نحو مئة عام، وكان منزله يقع مقابل مسجد الصنع التاريخي. وفي بادرة تعكس قمة الإيثار وأسمى معاني العطاء؛ قام حفيده فهد بن مقيّل قبل نحو 45 عامًا بوقف بيت جده لصالح المسجد، ليُهدم المنزل وتُوسّع مداخله الضيقة آنذاك؛ ما أتاح للمسجد مساحة أكبر لخدمة المصلين.
في منتصف عام 2023؛ جاء أحد الأحفاد، وهو بدر بن فهد بن مقيّل، برؤية فريدة لإحياء بيت عيسى. إذ قام بشراء واستئجار عدة بيوت طينية وشعبية؛ بغرض ترميمها وتطويرها بالكامل، مضيفًا لها لمسة جمالية ومعمارية تمثّل أصالة الماضي وروح التراث النجدي.

وفي لحظة صمت، أو ضحكة عابرة، أو صورة التُقطت دون ترتيب.
نترك خلفنا أيامًا عشناها بصدق،
وأخرى عبرتنا بهدوء،
ونحمل معنا الذكريات…
لأنها الشيء الوحيد الذي لا يشيخ.

ونمضي… بقلوب أخف، وأملٍ أجمل.
