About 2 years ago, my good friend and brilliant composer Aly Marguerite sent me a demo that I adored
Due to serious chronic medical issues she had no plans to do anything with it and gave me her blessing to complete the tune and release it.
And then when I couldnât think of a cover photo for the release, she sent me a few photos from the early years when we first met.
Most notably this picture which was taken somewhere in the streets of Montreal, featuring Aly and her last drink before getting sober.

The series, under the direction and vision of acclaimed mastering engineer, Noah Mintz captured songs from the bandâs just announced (as in today) new album out on Having Fun in June.
