The room was ready, and Cohort 4 showed up ready too.
Not just ready to learn, but ready to see differently. From the very first conversation, something shifted. It became clear that HR is not just a department, it is a system of influence.
Yesterday wasnāt about policies or theory. It was about the real work. Asking better questions, challenging old thinking, and understanding the why behind the work we do every day.
Participants came in executing tasks, but they left thinking differently. Thinking like designers of systems, of behaviour, and ultimately, of impact within their organizations.
That shift was evident in the room.
