Most people think you need land to grow food. You don’t. 🌱 Sacks 🌱 Buckets/ empty containers 🌱 Tires Give them soil, sunlight, water… and curiosity. Suddenly, your balcony, backyard, or even a corner of your home is a mini farm. A sack? Could grow 8 to 10 veggies. That empty oil container? Could grow herbs for your kitchen. That tire? Could grow your next meal. Sometimes the only thing stopping us from growing food… is the idea that we can’t. Start small. Start today. 🌱 #GrowYourFood #SmallSpaceGardening #SackFarming #UrbanFarming #LoisHealingGarden

This salad was giving everything!! Curly kale and onions doing the crunch. Sweet apples cooling things down. Carrots bringing the sunshine. Then lemon, salt, and just a whisper of cameroon pepper to wake everything up. 🔥 This bowl? Freshness with attitude. 😋🔥🔥🥰 #saladsofinstagram #fromnatureforlife #sackgardening #planthealthforahealthierlife #loishealinggarden

The audio says it all 🥰🥰💚 One minute I was straining my weekly liquid compost… the next minute, my daughter had become the camerawoman, narrator, and assistant gardener 😂🌱 Moments like this remind me that children are always watching. They learn love slowly… by standing beside us while we live it. And yes o… your plants need liquid fertilizer too 😌 #planthealthforahealthierlife #growingfoodinsmallspaces #proudmama❤️ #loishealinggarden

Some people see plants. I see healing, peace, patience… and little reminders that growth takes time. I see a place to have conversations with God. Gardening has changed the way I eat, teach, pray, and even breathe. There’s just something beautiful about growing your own food with your own hands. At Lois Healing Garden, we’re not just growing plants… we’re growing healthier, softer, more intentional homes 💚🌿 If you could grow ONE thing right now, what would it be? 👇 #growingfoodinsmallspaces #PlantHealthForAHealthierLife #loishealinggarden

There’s something so fulfilling about this… Passing knowledge from my hands to theirs. Teaching them that food doesn’t just appear… it is grown, nurtured, and cared for—with patience, with love. And the beautiful part? They already love getting their hands dirty… so we turned that joy into a living classroom.😁😁 This isn’t just gardening. This is raising children who understand life… from the ground up. This is legacy. 💚💚💚 If this is something you’d love your children to experience, my garden is always open… #loishealinggarden #growingfoodinsmallspaces #passingontheknowledge #fromnatureforlife

Somewhere along the way, we started calling nourishment “restriction”… and hustle “strength.” But your body knows the difference. You can't fool it o. It knows when it’s being cared for… and when it’s just being controlled. Eating from the earth, choosing freshness, slow cooking to prepare something beautiful… that’s not punishment. That’s a partnership. That’s you saying, “I honour the life God placed inside me.” Because a clear mind doesn’t come from chaos on your plate neither does a strong spirit grow in neglect. The real glow-up isn’t about less…it's about better. Better choices. Better rhythms. Better love for yourself and the body God gave you. So today, pause. Look at what you’re feeding your body… and your mind. Is it life-giving? Because this isn’t about dieting. It’s about alignment. It’s about stewardship. It’s about choosing life...intentionally, daily, joyfully. And here’s the truth that might just shift everything: You don’t need to shrink to become better… you need to nourish to become whole. #LoisHealingGarden #growingfoodinsmallspaces #planthealthforahealthierlife

The backyard transformation 🔥🔥💯 This space used to be… a lot 😅 Cluttered. Overlooked. Forgotten. One of those backyards you avoid looking at for too long because it's not much to look at. But look at it now 🔥🔥🔥🔥 From chaotic to calm. From “what is going on here?” to “please, let’s sit here small” 😌 We cleared. We planned. We built with intention. Planters that work. Green carpet that softens the space. Plants that don’t just sit pretty...they serve and replenish the body! Now? It’s a space people actually want to be in. To breathe. To gather. To enjoy. And that’s the thing… Sometimes it’s not about starting from scratch. It’s about redeeming what already exists. If your space is currently giving “I’ll deal with it later” 😅 This is your sign. Transformation is possible. And it might be closer than you think. #BeforeAndAfter #backyardgardentransformation #growingfoodinsmallspaces #LagosHomeTransformation #loishealinggarden

I didn’t even remember to press record on time… but this marinade deserved a moment 😅 Fresh from my garden: ✨ Dill ✨ Parsley ✨ Cuban oregano (both types 😉) ✨ Scent leaf ✨ Curry leaves ✨ Rosemary ✨ Sweet basil Blended into one powerful, green goodness 💚 This is more than just a marinade… it’s flavor + healing in one bowl. And the real deal for me was when my daughter said: “My mummy, this meat tastes so much better!”🥰🥰 That’s it. That’s the post. Simple ingredients. Real food. Happy home. 🌿 Do you use fresh herbs in your cooking? #growingfoodinsmallspaces #herbsmarinade #straightfromthegarden #PlantHealthForAHealthierLife #LoisHealingGarden

It took me a while to understand them...but you see these two👆🏽... They don’t like too much love… and that’s why they thrive! Rosemary 🤝 Lavender Low effort. High reward. • They BOTH prefer dry soil over soggy roots • Water less… not more (overwatering is their enemy 😅) • Give them sunlight and space — they don’t like to be crowded • Perfect for busy women who want beauty and function And the smell? 😮‍🔥🙌🏽 Rosemary = fresh, earthy, slightly minty (hello focus & clarity) Lavender = soft, floral, calming (your natural stress relief) One wakes you up. One calms you down. Both belong in your home. If you’ve been “loving your plants to death”… this is your sign to stop... #LoisHealingGarden #Rosemary #Lavender #GardenInLagos #growingfoodinsmallspaces

Blue never tasted this good😍😍😍 💙 Butterfly pea flowers + chia seeds + oats + coconut milk = a calm, nourishing hug in a cup. ✔️ Supports digestion ✔️ Keeps you full longer ✔️ Gentle energy, no crash ✔️ Beautiful and healing And the real review? My daughter loved it so much😍 (so you already know it’s a win).💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽🙌🏽 Breakfast, midday reset, or light dinner… this is one of those “take care of your body” drinks 💯 Would you try this? 💙 #healingherbs #healthinacup #planthealthforahealthierlife #growingfoodinsmallspaces #LoisHealingGarden
