I found a piece of rusted sheet metal behind my garage... hand cut, hand shaped with a ball peen hammer, inset red textured stain glass, soldered together, carefully buffed, leaving darker patina in the pits. Before Hollywood, he spent 14 years building custom Mandalorian helmets through NME Props — designs that became staples in the Mandalorian Mercs community and helped bridge fan passion with professional-level artistry.
