Entry #157 - A beautiful spring day in New England always brings life back into me. And got in a v much needed flow session. I will be sharing more from this day. I am sososo grateful to have the strength physically and mentally to flow. I feel more myself than i ever have. These past two weeks felt like i really needed to take a rest. When i had to rest, i had to continuously remind myself it is OK to take a break. And it was the first time that i was proud of myself for resting. Ive said this before, but it is OK if you need to take a break from social media. Its OK if you need to take a break from flowing or hooping!! (Even when you dont want to) i sometimes want things to happen faster, but i think it just comes from the convenience of everything now a days. So telling myself it is OK to rest and relax for two weeks after months of pole and yoga. Remember to be kind to yourself❤️

Eeecckkk! It was so nice outside over the weekend here in Nebraska, so I had to have an improto flow jam with some friends. I can't believe that @flame.festival is next month, haha!

It's simply the best time of year - pumpkins, horror, soup. After a busy summer, I don't think I'm slowing down much, just traveling less.
