I’ll be on the radio!
I was recently interviewed by
@yazrhoden from
@bbcwm about my latest project, Attenborough’s Animals: An Accessible Adventure, a series that has received the green light from none other than Sir David Attenborough himself 😀
I’m setting out on a worldwide adventure to discover all the species named after Sir David. Along the way, I’ll be speaking with the conservationists who discovered or named them, uncovering the vital work they’re doing to protect these incredible animals.
This journey is also deeply personal. I’m showcasing how, even with a physical disability, the natural world is still ours to explore. We are part of nature, and we need it, not just for the planet, but for our mental wellbeing.
Through this project, I hope to inspire real change in wildlife conservation and media, encouraging greater inclusion of people with disabilities. Because new voices bring new ideas, fresh perspectives, and the power to make a meaningful difference.
You can catch the broadcast across BBC Radio Shropshire, Stoke, Hereford & Worcester, Coventry & Warwickshire from 6 PM on Thursday the 7th of May. Then on BBC WM Stoke, Coventry
BBC WM will also air it again on Saturday.
