Still can’t stop thinking about our experience at @nimblefishpdx , hands down one of the best sushi spots we’ve ever been to. Every piece of nigiri was a work of art. From buttery toro to melt in your mouth scallops, each bite was incredible. The pacing, the service, and the vibes were just perfect. Shout out to the chefs for such a thoughtful and intimate omakase. If you’re serious about sushi, this spot is a must!

Tomorrow (Wednesday) at 9am tickets go on sale for Chef Cody Auger’s special dinner! 40 seats only for this one night event! Chef Cody of @nimblefishpdx will be preparing the seasonal delicacy of Japanese eel over our wood-fired grill, and we’ll be taking care of the accompaniments 😋

Nothing nimble about @nimblefishpdx . The 12-seat chef counter, low lights, and intimate environment are enough reason to love this place. But the Edo-Mae (meaning “in front of Edo”, aka seafood straight from the Tokyo Bay, where Edo is the former name of Tokyo) inspired omakase takes us over the moon. Early bird gets the worm, and the worm is center seating right in front of chef delicately prepping every single slither of fish.
Still drooling and dreaming of our favorites: blue fin, yellow tail, toro, uni, and a bonus order of A5 wagyu. Everything intentional, including the vibrations from the Hip Hop tunes as you close your eyes after every buttery piece of nigiri.
We can’t wait to go back for our next celebratory occasion. Thanks for always treating us so special 💖🍣
