Niki ; Niki (she/her) makes sure to hold down immaculate vibes at any occasion. baby shower, warehouse party, dad’s birthday, the doof. No matter the time and place Niki is certified to make sure you are swinging your booty to the correct speed.
Niki’s blend of music is familiar yet deep cut, one moment you’re dancing to UB40, the next is some crazy electro 1 of 1 pressing located exclusively in outer space, the next the craziest most biblically seditious tekno ever.
For this mix let me paint you a scenario, you’ve been partying with your friends all night, you are still awake and chatting shit over a pebbled glass table in some mates backyard. You’ve been listening to deep cut trance all night in some hot, sweaty warehouse. You may think you’re ready to go home, the sun is rising, but then she steps up to decks.
An infectious groove comes over you, electro and tech you’ve never heard before makes you scrunch your face into full bass mode. The garry you ate earlier is still firing on all cylinders, she is calling you to get up and move.
You can only do one thing now, dance. Let Niki take control as the cacophony of the morning eases into nothing but booty shaking bass. Electro, weird edits, tech, and music you can hardly categorise in your 8am stately mind.

I wanted to showcase a side of my music seldom seen by a dance floor. A lot of pieces I chose for this mix can really range from uncomfortable to blissful. I think this mix is best enjoyed with intention, turn the lights off, set up some speakers, get comfortable and let the sounds wash over you.
In a way I really feel like a part of me is represented in this mix and I'm so happy to have been able to share a slice of my brain with you all.

This has been both my most challenging and rewarding year of my life. Im sure its obvious from the photos but am finding myself constantly looking back to the start of the year in shock of how much has changed. I was scared to look at myself in the mirror, i couldnt stand being in photos, something had to change. And now... Well, i cant believe I have so many adorable photos to share with you all!
There is something so amazingly human about experiencing gender in a way that feels right deep down. You just know it in your heart and you feel a deep flutter in your belly when all is as it should be. I've finally found love for myself and a desire to be the best person I can be
Thank you to all the amazing friends who have helped me along the way, the amazing warehouse community who have helped me to share my art by booking me for so many events this year (it's so nice making your cute little ideas come to life), I feel so incredibly lucky to be so supported by everyone around me. 💕
