Just like that, Dayshift Season 3 comes to a close đ
The last three years have been a very special time for us. We never expected such a vibrant and wonderful community would be formed around our Marrickville party.
A huge thank you to everyone whoâs been involved for the last three years, including so many of you that have come through to every single event!
We will be taking an indefinite pause on events as we figure out whatâs next.
This is not goodbye forever. We will be taking some time to figure out our next steps with full intention to come back to you all with something even better next season.
Special shout out to all those that have helped us from the beginning, The Sydney Portugal Community Club, Buzz Speaker Hire, Humanitix, all of our friends volunteering hours of their time event after event, this whole thing is only possible with you all.
A final thank you to all of you, for being what we think is the best community out there! Dayshift would be nothing without its people.
Have a happy and safe winter, we will see you all again sometime soon.

The grand finale of Dayshift Season 3 lands next month!
Weâre back on the 28th of March for one last dance before our usual hibernation over the winter break. We have some big plans for our final party to wrap up another memorable season.
We are very excited to announce the hotly anticipated return of our first ever Dayshift headliner, Bakey! Joining him is long time collaborator Capo Lee, an artist whose unmistakable flows have made him a defining voice of the UK underground.
One of the UKâs most forward-thinking producers of our generation, Pariah also features and will be bringing his signature percussive-techno sounds for his Dayshift debut.
Japanâs very own master of melody, percussion, and ambience, Stones Taro will be joining us for his second ever visit to Australia. Making huge waves in Argentina and beyond, Anita B Queen makes her Aus debut bringing her Latin inspired sounds to our shores.
In just their second performance under their new moniker, and with some very hot releases coming up, Taskforce (aka Prizefight and Trustee), make the trip up from Naarm for their respective Dayshift debuts.
Lastly, Indiaâs Rasa and the UKâs Nectax round out the lineup bringing their take on bass forward and jungle sounds.
Completing our lineup as always, we have some of our absolute favourite local artists playing across our three stages including Boha, Fanåtico, Gabriel De Castro, JNR, Nazty Gurl, Niki, Tiisha, Quakes and Yu Mi.
Expect some heavy bass weight across all stages, provided by MM Acoustics (Buzz Speaker Hire), Translate Sound, and Panda Sound.
We canât wait to dance with you all one more time to close out Season 3 đ
