I am super excited to be showcasing my latest work - Faba Forma, in the interiors section at the Future Fabrics Expo 2024 with @thesustainableangle It's a circular design system using bean waste to create 3D printed interior modules. We’re pleased to share some photos from our spring campaign interlude at @lcclondon ! We shared with students and staff cashew cheeses and engaged in meaningful conversations about food as both a personal choice and a powerful tool for future change. We also celebrated the milestones achieved by past interludes and reshared our campaign's message: we're not here to change individual diets but to catalyse institutional and systemic change to address climate warming and reshape UAL’s food supply contracts. We’re advocating for UAL to be a pioneer in serving innovative and regenerative foods that are plant, mushroom, and algae-based—nutritionally rich, culturally diverse, affordable, and tasty.
