Hello fellow Hawks! 🦅 We’re excited to officially announce the arrival of our brand new tee-shirts designed by our Indonesian family at @aglxyco and also our 3rd menu installation called “Positive Negativity”! “Positive Negativity” is loosely inspired by Carl Jung’s ‘Shadow Theory’ where he believes that in order to realize our full potential, we must first embrace our dark side. This menu aims to take a literal/hypothetical/figurative/theoretical look at negative traits and to see the positive in them. Singapore’s Bar scene is very impressive, and I couldn’t resist to visit as many bars as I could during my last trip in January. * @jiggerandponysg : Jigger & Pony was probably my favorite bar stop. Jigger & Pony is currently #9 @50bestbars and number #3 in Asia! From the great drinks to the staff and service that was super super nice and helpful. I had one reimagined spicy margarita, and one negroni. Both were perfect! * @catbiteclub : small bar that specialises in agave & rice spirits. They had drinks that were worked differently depending if it was done with rice or agave liquor. I thought it was very interesting take. I had the “corn hub” : tumuli sochu, corn flakes infused vermouth, amaro, honey, chocolate & aromatic bitters. Amazing! * @nutmegandclove : probably my second favorite bar experience in Singapore. Nutmeg & Clove is number 50 in @50bestbars and #24 in Asia. I had the Pasar punch and the Breakfast Margarita. Both were amazing and so well balanced. Really really loved it. Small tip: book your spot in advance! * @night.hawk.sg : really cool little bar with such a cute retro vibe. I had the “polite provisions”: tomato mezcal, chili, pickled jalapeño, citrus, salt, tomato jelly & the a negroni. * @barsomma : Bar Somma is a little ex-centered but really work the trip. I had the “Amatriciana” based on the pasta dish, kind of like a Bloody Mary. I loved it! And the presentation, with the glass looking like pasta, sooo great! The place itself was really cool too, nice vibes. They also have a restaurant next-door @somma.world I hope I get to visit next time! * @barbonfunk : a few floors down from Bar Somma is Bar Bon Funk. A nice mix between wine bar and cocktail bar with a very fun vibe. I could have stayed hours. The staff was adorable, music super good, and great negroni ❤️ There is a LOT more cocktail bars to be discovered in Singapore, and my friend @steinersophshanghai has written an amazing article about her best spots. END OF AN ERA! This week, we bid farewell to our beloved Taco (government name: Trisha) as she goes on to greener pastures! Taco has been a pillar in Night Hawk’s growth and a key team player almost since day 1. Her playful and cheerful presence will be sorely missed at Night Hawk and we wish her all the best on her next professional chapter! Taco’s last day will be this Saturday, 31st January 2026! Come bid her farewell! (Don’t buy her sweets. She’s not a big fan of sweet stuff 😂)

Introducing The Pinnacle Guide’s A - Z of featured bars. Night Hawk, 1 PIN. Step into the evocative world of Edward Hopper’s classic painting Nighthawks at this eponymous cocktail bar. Areas of particular excellence include its Design, Staff Wellbeing, and their work Behind The Scenes. Like the painting for which it’s named, Night Hawk has a timeless feel to it, simultaneously retro and futuristic, which extends not only to the design, but the approach to drinks here too. While the Edward Hopper masterpiece depicts a diner, Night Hawk in Singapore is most assuredly a cocktail bar, and a striking one at that. Like the decor, drinks here take inspiration from the past while simultaneously looking to the future.
