Lesson 18: BOOTS! I have heel height adjustable feet by @ossur and they are amazing! But getting them into boots can be tough so try to find boots that have a zipper and no slip bottoms! I find that block heel boots are the easiest of all heels to walk in!

• The @limbkindfoundation and stories of limb difference and resilience
• My global documentary work on human trafficking
• Cultural preservation of the tribal communities of the Omo Valley in Ethiopia
The shared image is of Limb Kind Foundation amputee mentor @nicolinalee , highlighting her work mentoring children in the Philippines, giving them hope for mobility and offering a powerful example of what it looks like to live fully and confidently with limb loss.
This body of work was also shortlisted for the @festivaldellafotografia Etica (Italy).
