For the last few years, I’ve been quietly walking myself home.
Unlearning. Remembering. Rebuilding. Trusting.
In February of last year, something shifted deeply within me. I discovered the path I was truly meant to walk, one rooted in healing, presence, devotion, and service. Since then, I’ve followed that calling with my whole heart, even through the moments that challenged me the most.
This journey has not been easy. There have been seasons of uncertainty, grief, growth, sacrifice, and transformation. But the most meaningful paths rarely are. Every lesson, every initiation, every hard moment has shaped me into the woman I was always becoming.
Over these past years, I’ve immersed myself in deep training and study, from earth medicine work, to sound healing, to Reiki, and beyond. Not just learning practices, but learning myself. Learning how to hold space, how to listen, how to surrender, and how to trust the unfolding.
One of the greatest gifts along this path has been sisterhood, walking beside a soul who shares this vision, this devotion, and this calling with me. There is something deeply powerful about being witnessed, supported, and growing alongside your best friend as you both step into the work you were meant to do.
I’m returning with a deeper understanding of who I am and why I’m here.
More grounded. More open. More aligned.

After over 10 years apart, @instaelle1 and I finally reunited, and what better way to celebrate than at the last leg of the Eras Tour. Seeing Taylor Swift together felt like the perfect sound track to our friendship: nostalgic, empowering and unforgettable.
From the moment we hugged to the last note of “All Too Well" (which I missed in order to get the blue crew) it felt like no time had passed just love and glitter everywhere... #literally
From screaming our favorite lyrics, crying when we finally locked eyes at the airport, to saying see you soon when the time came for her to go home. Reliving the old laughs, making new ones, you are more than a friend you're family and this weekend reminded me just how much I've missed you in my life.

These majestic trees remind you of the incredible power and wisdom held within their ancient bark. Telling centuries of stories hidden with in them.
Walking through the Redwood forest you can't help but feel a deep connection to nature and a profound respect for these magnificent sentinels of time!
