This year started off with answered prayers. It’s been so much going on outside of social media and it’s always a blessing to come together with friends and family and remind ourselves of why we do what we do. With so much going on in the world it’s important to protect our energy to fulfill our purpose in life. This years 1500 Day was MASSIVE. Today marks 20 years since I’ve been exposed to the outside world a.k.a. The internet 😅…. I really came up in a different time. I find myself feeling old at this young age but the truth of the matter is I started EARLY. I’ve seen a lot, and I’ve done a lot. It’s crazy to think how much different things would be right now if only @instagram and @tiktok existed while @youtube was still loading🙂‍↕️. Not a lot of people can say they’ve been doing what they love for 20 years at this level and at the age of 32. Through all the ups and downs of my journey; God has graced me and blessed me to do what I love with people I love dearly; from my original tribe and even now with having the opportunity to do what I love with some of the people I’ve grown to love the most @dirtythirtyband . I’m so excited for what’s next. So much brewing right now that I truly thank God for. It feels like I’ve entered a new prime and God‘s hand is truly on my life. AIGHT NOW 32! Let’s see watchu talking bout! I honestly get weird about my birthday and public attention around it because it’s truly intimate and I’m big on authentic love and not doing things to be seen but to celebrate what is truly valuable and life is one of those precious gifts only given by God. Grateful for everyone that tapped in and sent positive energy and love my way. Been really enjoying my time ducked off and in solitude assessing what matters most during this time of my life. And just for the record my actual birthday is the 26th just chose to wait and show my gratitude to close out my birthday month! I was asked what I would tell myself looking back at 31 and very humbly; I responded with “N**ga you THOUGHT you knew” Last year had so many unexpected challenges and obstacles but also an extreme amount of blessings and provision as God opened so many doors and provided a type of covering and revelation no man could ever give. The truth is the smartest thing any of us can do is adapt the Matthew 6:33 approach to life and prioritize our relationship with God and surrender our own will daily cuz it’s very possible to get exactly what you want and find out after it all it’s not what you need. This post is in celebration and anticipation of more life. Whether it was man’s agenda or Gods plan we can’t lose sight of our ability to come together during this time to reset and rebuild our foundation, not just as individuals but as a nation. Been alot happening over the course of this year. 2024 has been a blessing and also challenging to say the least. Year of the 8 having the constant theme of out with the old and in with the new.
