Nick's vision for our new track, Impossible Goodbyes, became clear after listening to the demo on the drive back into SF from Oakland. The city lights dancing between the parallax of overlapping skyscrapers felt perfectly matched to analog instrumentation weaving through a syncopated house beat. A quick cell phone clip became the blueprint for a dedicated video shoot, and a full length music video we can't wait to show you soon. For now you can enjoy this visual whenever playing the track full screen on Spotify.
We're grateful to everyone for listening, sharing with friends, adding to your playlists, and sending kind praise for this song we spent years working on. It means a lot 🙏

To the blown-out speaker, the shuttered venue, the city we can’t leave — here’s a song to say what words cannot. The dance moves no one saw, the unspoken moments snatched by time, the kick drum audible through brick walls. Years compressed into a single night. Familiar faces changed by growth and loss and the costs of ambition. To the ones that got away — this is Impossible Goodbyes.
🌃🌉🌆
We've been performing this track for a few years now, so it's very satisfying to have the final version out in the world! We hope it makes you wanna keep the dance party going, from your living room to the club.

Feeling free and accomplished today! One month of everydays done. So I'm 5 days late, who cares? 😛
I'm a slow cheetah 🐆
Showing up for myself, building a creative routine and sharing things I've made is something I really enjoy. Learning that I'm happier when that valve is open and flowing is really important moving forward. Sometimes we re-learn the same lessons over and over in life.
This past month I tried new software tools, optimized my image editing workflow, experimented with new media formats and learned way more about professional cameras and cinematography. I went back through old memories and shared things I shot the same day.
I also learned that when shit gets hectic and overwhelming, it's totally fine to say "I don't feel like it today." But it's a careful balance. No-excuses type discipline is absolutely necessary, and so is rest and self-care. Too many days on either side of the spectrum and you may start battling with yourself.
I can't wait to share more photos + videos, and I will still sprinkle them into my feed, but I'm also gonna shift gears towards music. That's feeling right for me. 🎸
Thanks for following and reading this far. I truly appreciate every like and comment and encouraging message. I'm in this for the quality of community, not the quantity. 🙏
