At the summit of
@theofficialselfridges , 40 Duke opens as its most significant investment in a decade, reimagining personal shopping as something more hybrid, less suite, more members’ club.
Spanning 25,000 square feet, the space blends retail, hospitality and culture into a members’-club-style experience. Across 24 private shopping spaces, shopping is woven together with social interaction, cultural programming and a food and drink destination, alongside an event area, gallery, beauty studios and concierge.
Designed by Simone McEwan and Sacha Leong of
@nice_projects , in collaboration with Selfridges’ in-house teams, the interiors move through a curated eclecticism, where cork, stainless steel, marble, travertine and burl define each environment, and bespoke elements lend a sense of singularity. Within the studios and suites, advisors outfit clients with made-to-measure fashion and early access to collections.
Built to honour a level of attentiveness that defines personal shopping, 40 Duke centres human connection, genuine curation and an unhurried experience, positioning itself as a statement of intent.
