@_lucasarana and the Nexton Team of almost 90, we embarked on the crazy idea of building a bridge between Latam engineers and US companies. Because job opportunities can’t depend on where in the World you are located.

Here I am, living our purpose: in The Bahamas working on a proposal for a US compnay. I can be literally anywhere in the Americas (btw, Thanks to
@starlinksofficial @spacex ).
Why The Bahamas? In my free time, I am collaborating on an amazing social project that combines extreme sports, nature, and local people. Invited by the
@eleutherasailingacademy , and their Amazing inclusivity program:
@makethemsailors they teach kids how to sail and protect nature. We painted a mural on their school bus! Inspired by the surrounding coral reefs.
I'll be returning to my office soon, but this experience helps me become more convinced each day of the crazy idea: giving Latam Engineers life-changing opportunities and offering American companies the possibility of being hand-matched with outstanding technical talent.
