You never know, they might bring some of what they learned back to their own meals, to @merrimackdining or even into their next chapters after they graduate!
Together we connected with chefs, buyers, and brands of all sizes from all over New Englandā¦

We were proud to represent Food Rescue US on the floor. During this two-day event, we had the opportunity to connect with restaurantsā owners, caterers, chefs, culinary school students and teachers, and discuss the three pressing issues of food waste, food insecurity and climate change.
The Boston hospitality community showed up with curiosity, openness, and a genuine desire to be part of the solution. And we couldnāt have asked for more!
