We had an outstanding educational seminar yesterday in Nashville in partnership with the United States Bartendersā Guild, featuring the one and only Sother Teague from Amor y Amargo.
It was a truly engaging session where we explored the history of bitters and amari, the influence of major monastic orders from 910 to today, and the craft and precision behind cocktails built around bitters.
We also had the opportunity to highlight the heritage and savoir-faire behind some of our amazing including Suze, Boomsma, St-Raphaƫl, and Gabriel Boudier.
