We talk a lot about terroir. But what does it actually change in the glass? At @rhum_depaz , it starts on the slopes of Montagne PelĆ©e in Martinique. We had an outstanding educational seminar yesterday in Nashville in partnership with the United States Bartenders’ Guild, featuring the one and only Sother Teague from Amor y Amargo. It was a truly engaging session where we explored the history of bitters and amari, the influence of major monastic orders from 910 to today, and the craft and precision behind cocktails built around bitters. We also had the opportunity to highlight the heritage and savoir-faire behind some of our amazing including Suze, Boomsma, St-RaphaĆ«l, and Gabriel Boudier. A big thank you to Chris and Rhonda at the USBG for their partnership, to Benjamin and the entire team at Tall Tales for their outstanding hospitality and to our TN distribution partners at Best Brands for their support.

We had a fantastic time at the trade show of our distributor partner Prime Wine & Spirits in Georgia earlier this week, sharing the story of our iconic Suze and new Suze Tonic Zero non alc RTD. Suze was first introduced in 1889, the same year the Eiffel Tower was built! A wonderful evening this week at the beautiful La Colombe d’Or in Houston for an elegant soirĆ©e organized by the Alliance FranƧaise de Houston around the theme ā€œArt & Champagne.ā€ Alongside my partner in crime for the art presentation, the talented Anne Breux, we had the pleasure of sharing our respective passions (art and Champagne, featuring our beautiful collection of @champagnefrerejeanfreres ) with a curated group of 40 guests, bringing together enthusiasts of both worlds in a truly intimate setting.
