Join us at Nemo Design for a special evening with Portland-based multidisciplinary artist Jesse Conte. 🗓️ March 6 🕕 6–10pm 📍 Nemo Design Jesse’s work spans paint, gouache, collage, ceramics, wood carving, and more, rooted in a minimalist, tactile visual language shaped by decades of design experience. Blending folk and modern aesthetics, his practice explores symbols, early civilizations, and creative archaeology, all in pursuit of a brighter future in balance with the natural world. This marks Jesse’s first solo fine art exhibition. Come celebrate, connect, and experience the work in person.

We’re excited to share a project we did with our studio-mates @look.with.mado and @littlerumble that was nearly a year in the making: A landmark study for @Mattel ’s Global Consumer Insights group about the future of play. It’s called The Shape of Play, and it's live now. We helped brainstorm outcomes. We wrote a documentary film. We motioned some graphics. We creative directed and designed a visual center and a report, bringing together data from 33,000 people, insights from experts in play, and personal interviews with families in 7 countries. Ambitious, colorful, and fun.
