Season opener at the Wedge came with an extra heavy pack of pounding sand this year. @whoisjob and the @fundaysurf crew scored 10ft barrels, no wind, a golden sunrise… and a quiver of boards to test out. In hindsight… wish I came prepared with a longer lens, but sometimes the best lens is the one you have with you. All shot 28-70 with an undisclosed new @polarpro filter coming soon 🤙

I traveled into the future for these photos and pulled them from the archives. @kaielliceflint said to me on this @polarpro shoot that he believed he could win the WSL longboard title if he stayed focused kept training hard… only one year later, it all paid off... and on a board he shaped himself! Say what up to WSL longboard champ Kai Ellis-Flint earning style points in and out of the water 🤙 proving how a dream can become a reality.

We went to go see a man about a horse… The man was @aaronbhall and he had this idea to capture it jumping over a Porsche. So we, @polarpro teamed up with him to make it happen while releasing our new ultra-light-ning fast camera bag line… The RoadRunner Collection. Here are a few photos that I shot from the day. I’ve been super inspired by B&W photography lately. I love the idea of just looking for pops of contrast in a single image without even considering color. Makes me look at photography a little different… and makes for some really heavy vibes.
