Meet @nectarwoode , the 26-year-old neo-soul artist whose warm, unhurried sound has been quietly turning heads. With sold-out headline shows, an appearance at @glastofest last year, and ‘Lights Off’ just named @bbcradio1 ’s Hottest Record, she’s def one to watch.
...Which you can do in the near future as she’s the first headliner announced for BLOOM, NOTION’s new European tour which was created in partnership with a global network of promoters to support emerging artists. The first show kicks off at London’s @thejazzcafe on May 18th before heading to @badaboum.paris on the 21st, @paradisoadam on the 23rd and @mikropolberlin on the 25th.
With a tour on the horizon and an EP ready to meet the world, we spoke to Nectar about what BLOOM means to her and what it looks like to grow into yourself, one song at a time.
