Celebrating Earth Day 2023, students from architectural schools around the UK are invited to participate in a design charrette and competition responding to a brief on the theme of Investing in our planet: A Place for the ’Displaced’.
We are collaborating with Manchester, Cardiff and Bath's Architecture Student Climate Action groups to host this Design Charrette and Competition.
The day will consist of interactive design sessions in which groups of students will respond to a brief through expressive design, making and collaboration. At the end of the day, the designs will be judged awarding a Newcastle winner. Their submission will then further compete with winners from other schools.
