The National Cryptologic Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelli Arena as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective May 4, 2026. Arena brings extensive experience across intelligence, nonprofit leadership, and academia, most recently serving in senior leadership roles at the National Security Agency.
We also extend our deepest gratitude to Laura Nelson for her seven years of leadership and lasting impact as NCF’s first CEO.
