MIXED BERRY & WHITE CHOCOLATE FLAPJACKS 🍓🍫 One of our favourite days on the calendar deserves more than just one bake… so for World Baking Day, we’re turning it into a whole week of nourishing sweet treats to make, share and enjoy. Starting with these addictive mixed berry & white chocolate flapjacks - soft, chewy, naturally sweet and packed with a delicious berry kick. Made with our Superfood Strawberry & Açaí Berry Porridge, they’re full of gut-loving fibre, slow-release energy, plant protein and antioxidant-rich ingredients to nourish the body and lift the soul. The kind of bake you’ll make once… then crave every single week. 💛 You will need (makes 10 flapjacks): -300g Superfood Strawberry & Acai Berry Porridge -120g coconut oil -3tbsp maple syrup -100g medjool dates, chopped -1tbsp hemp protein powder -40g goji berries -100g white chocolate -1tsp Acai Berry Powder Method: -Preheat your oven to 180°C. -Slowly melt the coconut oil, medjool dates and maple syrup in a pan over low heat. If your dates are a little firm, add a splash of boiling water to soften them. -In a mixing bowl, combine your oats, goji berries and hemp protein powder, then pour in your melted mixture. Stir until everything comes together into a sticky mix - best mixed in a kitchen mixer. -Line an 8x8 inch tin with baking paper and press the mixture in evenly, smoothing it down so it’s compact. Bake for 12-14 minutes, then leave to cool completely. -Melt your white chocolate and mix half with your acai powder and drizzle it over the base. Chill in the fridge (or briefly in the freezer) until set, then slice into 10 bars. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days… if they last that long 🤤

ORANGE CACAO GRANOLA🍊🥜 Slow-release carbs, healthy fats and anti-inflammatory ingredients to start your day. Delicious served as part of a nourishing breakfast or sprinkled over yoghurt for a balanced snack. 🥣 Serves 12 You’ll need:👇 • 250g oats • 100g pecans • 100g walnuts • Zest of 2 oranges • 70g egg whites • 100g honey • 20g @naturya cacao nibs • 35g pumpkin seeds • 1 tbsp @naturya cacao powder • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp ground ginger • ½ tsp allspice How to make:👇 1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 130°C fan. 2️⃣ Mix together the oats, nuts, orange zest, cacao, seeds and spices with a pinch of salt. 3️⃣ Stir together the egg whites and honey, then pour into the dry ingredients and mix well. 4️⃣ Spread onto a lined baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, gently stirring halfway through. 5️⃣ Leave to cool completely before storing in an airtight jar for up to 1 month. I love serving mine with Greek yoghurt mixed with @biotiful_gut_health Kefir for extra protein, calcium and gut-loving live cultures, alongside a generous serving of fruit for an added fibre boost 🦠 Simple, nourishing and so delicious! ✨ 190kcals | 11g carbs | 5g protein | 14g fat #fibre #breakfast #granola #nutrition #food

I actually didn’t expect this to be this good 🍫✨ it’s giving rich, creamy chocolate mousse… but it’s literally made with silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, cacao, maple syrup & a bit of peanut butter?? blended all together it somehow turns into something ridiculously smooth and indulgent 😍 per serving it’s about 208 kcal, 7g protein, 17g carbs Recipe: 300g silken tofu 100g melted dark chocolate 1/2 tbsp cacao powder 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tbsp peanut butter → blend everything until smooth, chill if you want it thicker… that’s literally it anyway this is your sign to try it because I will be making it again immediately 🤍 #healthydessert #chocolatemousse #easyrecipes #highprotein #balancedliving
