The OWO carries its past in layers, not in decoration. Together with @winchdesign_wd , the penthouse becomes a study in contrast, precision against instinct, structure against tactility. Our guinea fowl feather surface disrupts the expected, adding a raw, natural texture that softens and sharpens the space at once.

Andrea Mancuso Nature Squared Ova Soda Mancuso’s vision for a modern trattoria reflects a bold use of unconventional materials and vibrant colors, while maintaining simplicity in de-sign. This approach emphasizes a polychrome base, complemented by sleek stainless steel surfaces andilluminated shelving, adding a contemporary flair to the timeless Italian aesthetic. “In reimagining the trattoria, my focus was on embracing unexpected materials and hues, with the design staying true to simple forms to accentuate the colorful base and the integration of stainless steel and backlit elements,” Mancuso stated. The collaboration with Nature Squared emerges as a critical element of the project, highlighting the remarkable ability to transform natural materials into extraordinary works that encapsulate the beauty of nature within captivating surfaces. Mancuso shares his initial fascination with the eggshell tiles, captivated not just by their vibrant hues but also by the depth of their texture. “Upon closer inspection, the surface reveals its secrets: fragments of eggshells, seemingly suspended in time and space,” says Mancuso. The story continues. We return to Bar Altra Vista with Anotherview, continuing a collaboration that evolves with every edition. This year, the space unfolds as Bar Trattoria Altra Vista con Sala Giochi — a living installation where time bends, play becomes design, and every surface holds a trace of interaction. Part bar, part artwork, part social ritual, it’s an environment shaped as much by its guests as by its creators. Within this shifting landscape, our materials take form. CArrelé tiles define the bar counter by Andrea Mancuso, while Terramique surfaces shape the seating and tabletops by Duilio Forte. Each piece is crafted from crushed eggshells — waste, reimagined into tactile surfaces that carry both memory and intent. A contemporary nod to the Italian trattoria, layered with nostalgia, interaction, and design. Nature Squared Nature re-imagined Nature Squared is a Swiss-based ethical design brand renowned for Transforming natural waste materials, including eggshells, fruit waste and feathers into luxurious finishes, furnishings and accessories. Founded in 2000 by Paul Hoeve and Lay Koon Tan, the brand’s 220 employees include design, engineering and material technology experts in Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Spain and Hong Kong, and an in-house team of highly skilled artisans at Nature Squared’s own production facilities based in Cebu, the Philippines.
