But do you actually know what you’re talking about… or just repeating what you heard?
Saturated vs Unsaturated.
Olive oil, avocado, nuts = mostly unsaturated.
Butter, fatty cuts, coconut oil = higher in saturated.
Eggs? Bit of both.
But here’s the truth 👇🏾
All fats are calorie dense.
9 calories per gram.
So even the “healthy” ones can slow fat loss if you’re free-pouring and guessing portions.
Healthy doesn’t mean low calorie.
And overeating clean food will still keep body fat on.
Bulking?
Higher fats might make sense to push calories up easier.
Cutting?
You need control, not vibes.
