Who’s watching the new season of One Piece? The first season was a lot of fun, but I’ve been too busy to get into the second yet—hopefully soon! With the length of the original series, I assume it will take a longgggg time to get to my character of Yamato 😅 but eventually…it would be amazing to see this badass samurai on screen.

Congratulations to Amy Madigan on her Oscar win last night for her monumental portrayal of Aunt Gladys in Weapons! I paid homage with my own Gladys cosplay at Katsucon last month, and was so thrilled by the excited reaction of fans to her all day. (I even had a girl come running up to me airplane style 😅) Every time I do a horror cosplay, it instantly becomes one of my best con experiences. Weapons was my favorite movie last year and it’s fantastic to see horror performances getting more award recognition these days 🖤

When I was in high school, I had a friend who always used to call me Paris Geller. I had no idea what that meant, but over time and more familiarity with Gilmore Girls, it has become clear that it is a great compliment. It’s been a long time since high school, but I finally got to come full circle this past Katsucon with my amazing friends and our Gilmore group cosplay! A perfect nostalgia trip ☺️

I know the Labubu craze is over now (they’re still cute though!!), but I still love the Labubu bounds that @amandaaaapls and I did at Universal back in November when she came to visit for Warped Tour (also very fun!!). I picked a purple one obviously. The amount of random costume stuff I have is actually wild…like what do you mean I have purple and white leg warmers in my closet now…
