Super excited to host @uwmilwaukee and @uwmpsoa alum @steveteeps for his artist talk tonight - both virtually/online and with a small group of current students. Proud of you Teeps! So cool to see our exhibition Generation to Generation: Conversing with Kindred Technologies featured in Bad at Sports. A thoughtful review by Paul Krainak explores the show’s intersections of AI, language, ecology, and material culture. Read the full piece: /2026/sub-rural-57-nathanial-stern-sasha-stiles/ Grateful to everyone who helped bring this project to life.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out to the opening of Generation to Generation! (& big thanks to Kyoung Ae Cho for these fabulous selfies 📸 S 1 & 9). Gen to Gens short run might be done, but there’s more on our Art & AI itinerary: 2/26 Kris Paulsen at UW-Madison, lecture: “Model Collapse: Art, AI, and the Seductions of Hallucinations,” and on 3/12: Kite’s artist talk here at UW-Milwaukee. Check 🔗 in bio for details.
