When running a critical dimension validating the runout of a tool is critical. This finisher from helical and using maritool's sk holder make for an almost zero runout setup.
Chasing a +-0.0002 diameter on the next part
Slowly working through elegant shop solutions. Having fun creating some visually appealing designs for simple tools.

Working on my organization slowly but surely. Taking a new approach to my tools. I've always had different systems like systainer and packout because I was always so mobile. Now that I'm not traveling with tools I'm using minimal tool boxes and bags and packing up what I need when I need it.
Finding a vidmar cabinet used has been the biggest game changer.
Shout out to @obsessedgarage for selling the best tool organizer. Tool grid is amazing!

This has been one of my favorite projects. I happened to run into the USA Paralympic Curling team at the state fair and we got to talking. I learned that they have no budget, and need help with equipment. I've spent the past few months redesigning their equipment and have finished a complete set for the team.
These are the heads that they use to control the rotation of the stone. They aren't able to effectively spin the stone from chairs without this.
This has been an awesome project for an awesome group of people.
If you know of any athletes that are under supported and need equipment, please send them my way.
I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. All stainless construction minus the adorable tiny indicator base.
I've been wanting to make one of these for a while and finally had a project to justify it.

Pretty happy with the finished product on this hub. I wish I could show the inside of the parts, but that's got NDA all over it. It's been a minute since I got to do real 5 axis machining with tiny tools.
