I’m so grateful to have been a part of @nanny_con again this year. It’s an early years conference like no other. Shada’s @nannysharz hard work, commitment and attention to detail makes all the difference. From the carefully curated line up of speakers to the amazing food, the exhibitors to the venue and decoration. Every aspect is thought through with care. It means so much when you are in the company of others that share your values. @nannysharz cares not just about supporting learning and development but making sure everyone who attends feels seen, welcomed and valued. I wish our education system could do the same for our children. During my workshop I talked about emotional regulation and joy being the foundation of learning and @nanny_con creates a special environment where this happens. What a FABULOUS first day at @nanny_con 2026 🤩🤩 so love being part of this incredible weekend bringing together so many wonderful people involved in childcare. Especially as I’m one of the wellness hub crew which means not only am I able to share my love of embroidery with guests but I’m also able to learn new collage skills from my neighbours - @madeinmim @gluecollective + some delicious candle making from @waxandchill_ltd ! 🤩🤩 Can’t wait for day 2 tomorrow! ✨✨✨

The dedication of @canigoandplaynow getting our bean bags to us from home to the wellness hub via train. 🤣 @nannysharz was driving a small car and it was packed up with NannyCON grub so off Devon went and caught the train to Charing Cross. Funnily enough eventhough she drove they reached the venue 30secs apart 🤣Aww typical lovebirds.😍🤣 Don't worry we sanitized the bean bags in true Shada style once we got to the venue. We are all ready and waiting for you #nannyconsouls The venue is decorated and we so ready and super excited to welcome you in the morning. Doors open at 9.45am.
