California, here we come! Immensely excited to share that I’ll be joining @abc7newsbayarea in a few weeks to co-anchor weekday mornings.
Absolutely thrilled I’ll get to work alongside the stellar @amanda.abc7 and @drewtuma_ as well as the rest of the fantastic team there.
The Golden State has long held a special place in my heart — from first falling in love with that California sun as a USC student to exploring the Central Coast in my first TV reporting job to getting married in Paso Robles. Also grateful we’ll now be closer to our family out west.
Ditching the winter coat won’t be so bad either 😎Welcoming any and all Bay Area recommendations — hope you will tune in if that’s where you call home. Can’t wait to join this wonderful and vibrant community!!

To the complete strangers who spent a good part of their weekend cheering on people chasing a finish line and a dream of who they could be — my heart is full. This was the absolute best of us and a reminder of how incredible we can be as one.
To my amazing friends who carried me from mile to mile through five boroughs — I will never forget your love and kindness when I needed it most today.
And a special thank you to my husband who trained, biked and ran through Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan to catch me for just ten seconds a stop.
I thought today was going to be about how strong I could be, but I hobble away instead just so very moved by how generous people really are.

Have been on a serious vintage decor kick since we moved into a San Francisco Victorian more than 130 years old. This week’s find: a candelabra lamp passed down through generations.
It also turned out to be made of SOLID BRONZE. Ended up lugging all gazillion pounds of it up and down the hills of SF for three-fourths of a mile after buying it while questioning all the decisions that led me here. Here we are, taking a break outside a closed restaurant as I worried about getting in trouble for loitering.
All to say: we finally made it to our destination; this definitely counts as arms AND legs day; and isn’t she so pretty in her new home?? 🥰

A San Francisco home on Monterey Blvd. that was the site of a murder-suicide in which a family of four died has sold for $2.2 million after spending just four days on the market. Two adults and two children were found dead in the spacious home in October 2025.
