As the Venice Biennale opens to the public right now, we want to take a moment to thank Henrike, her team, and everyone involved for the trust and openness throughout this process. It has been a privilege to translate her vision into space and an honor to have been part of her work. For the past weeks, our friends from @naivstudios worked day and night to design and install our new, custom built lights. They are ready just in time for our big celebration tomorrow and turned out to be very beautiful and functional for all the different types of use at ZIRKA. Come by tomorrow and see for yourself! A new chapter for @rivierarecords.de The new RR Store in central Munich translates the culture of vinyl and the atmosphere of a café into a single, carefully composed interior. Central to the space is the Listening Station, a steel installation with six subtly angled booths. Each unit is equipped with a turntable, preamp and vinyl compartment, allowing visitors to listen in a focused yet social setting. The piece becomes the defining element of the room, giving the space orientation and presence. A continuous counter in steel and marble extends along the opposite side of the space. With the RR logo placed on its surface, it functions as both checkout and café bar, tying the two programs together through material consistency and a clear linear gesture. The custom PA was developed by @new_fidelity_ , acoustically tuned to the room and finished to match the new Riviera Records palette, allowing it to blend visually while remaining distinctive in sound. The shelving system was adapted with grey sliding boxes mounted on smooth gliding mechanisms. This addition organizes the vinyl selection and creates a more structured and intuitive browsing experience. Existing structural components from earlier RR spaces were reworked and realigned with the updated material and color concept. Together, these elements create a cohesive environment where the rituals of listening, selecting and meeting unfold naturally within a clear and contemporary setting.

Customized Blitz Retro Lightboxes Ahead of @unchained.ooo , the courtyard of the Deutsches Museum will be transformed into a dancefloor, framed once again by our customized retro lightboxes.
The illuminated columns act as spatial anchors, defining the floor with bold graphic presence and a warm analog glow, echoing the lighting concept of the Blitz floor. Looking forward to a night full of energy, connection and refined sound selection.

RoofSystem at TechnoStage for Schall im Schilf 25 Developed as a modular spatial framework, the RoofSystem combines jointed steel construction with a sense of atmospheric openness. It defines and shelters the DJ booth while remaining fully accessible from all sides, inviting the audience to move through and around the architecture and soften the boundary between artist and crowd. The lighting system features custom LED tubes that reference the formal language of industrial fluorescent fixtures. Their upward orientation, together with a dense field of mounting points, allows for a wide range of lighting compositions from diffused surfaces to sharp pulses. Beyond function, they evoke a subtle retro vibe on the floor, bridging utilitarian form and emotional resonance. Cablemanagement remains visible yet carefully resolved with customized 3D-Prints, reinforcing the graphic clarity of the system. A technical body in quiet dialogue with light, sound and spatial experience.

A new alternative idiotic vision for @rivierarecords.de : Insight into the planning process for the upcoming Riviera Records store in central Munich. Record culture and daytime hospitality intersect to form a hybrid space, envisioned as a new point of connection for long-time companions and friends to come.

Impressions from the implementation process of the new lighting concept for @aahhh.de .

Szia Szia: A contemporary take on Hungarian street food at the Viktualienmarkt. The redesign of the @sziaszia.markt stand focused on reimagining a traditional market stall to better accommodate modern culinary offerings. A new roof structure was integrated beneath the market's fixed awning system, creating a sense of increased space and allowing for larger window openings that introduce more natural light into the interior. Additionally, frames with tensioned mesh panels were installed along the walls, providing versatile surfaces for displaying Hungarian specialties and organizing kitchen utensils. In the creative phase, Szia Szia received support in refining the form and function of the stand, ensuring that the design not only met practical needs but also reflected the brand's commitment to quality and authenticity. © Photos: @manuelnieberle

Nametags A1: A minimal gesture for orientation and memory. For the SkillSummit, a gathering initiated by Cobrainer with customers and industry partners, custom nametags were developed as a thoughtful take on an often overlooked detail in event culture. Designed to offer presence during moments of introduction and exchange, the objects were produced with a material and formal quality intended to extend beyond the event into spaces where the memory of the encounter may remain present.

BLK-01: A directional light object with expanded presence. 
Developed as a prototype for exploratory lighting scenarios, BLK-01 features a multi-angled LED matrix embedded into an open, folded aluminum body. The configuration spans the front and partially wraps around both sides, enabling a wide visual field without enclosing the form. Individually addressable RGB nodes generate adaptable light textures between direct projection and ambient wash. 576 LEDs sit behind transparent acrylic, exposing the inner system structure. An optional diffused version softens the output into a more atmospheric character. Four rotary knobs offer tactile control of scenes, color palettes, and modulation speed, encouraging intuitive interaction. As a standalone piece, BLK-01 balances technical precision with sculptural presence, built for installations, performances and evolving spatial contexts.
