We’ve used it many times already and pleased with the fact that it can hold temperature consistently without having to keep playing with the heat of our gas stove. Easy to clean and maintain and beautiful when we have it on our stove during use. That handles actually make it very simple to pick up and drain the pot into the stove if needed. What a gem!
