Spent the day getting interviewed by some VERY important people, the future of NYC, a room full of third graders.
Pretty sure they decided I’m old… still processing that.
I told them I started cooking around their age and they were shocked LOL 🤣
It’s important for me to be part of these type of moments, who knows maybe the next great Chef was in that room with me, listening. 🙏🏾
