Every shift in technology opens a window, but seeing the window is only the first part. The real work is deciding whether you’re willing to climb through it. 🪜
Because in your career, change rarely arrives as a perfect open door. Sometimes it looks like uncertainty. Sometimes it feels uncomfortable. Sometimes you have to learn new skills, rethink old assumptions, and let go of the way things used to work.
But those who are willing to step through the window are often the ones who help shape what comes next. 💫

“If I could go back to my 20s, I wouldn’t just think more about money or titles. I’d think more about fit, for example:
• What kind of work gives me energy?
• What kind of environment suits me?
• What am I sacrificing without even noticing?
• And what kind of life am I actually building around my work?”
A lot of people don’t get burnt out because they’re lazy or weak. They get burnt out because they spend too long ignoring what’s not working. And this is a fact, so...
What would you tell your 20-year-old self?

For too long, the narrative around Gen Z has been shaped by memes and misunderstandings.
But as Danny says, they are inviting us into a new paradigm, so what are we willing to learn from them?
What do you think Gen Z is trying to change about work?

Little Tuesday reminder 💫
You can’t make the noise quiet. But you can decide what you give volume to.
The ones who haven’t built anything will always have an opinion about what you’re building. That’s just how it goes.
So let them talk.
And keep going anyway.
Save this for the day someone’s words get louder than your own🫶🏼
Career pressure sounds different depending on your generation. But the feeling? Preity much the same.
Whether you are a Millennial who has been figuring it out for years or a Gen Z who is just getting started and already overwhelmed, Find Your Workerse was written for exactly this moment.
Not to tell you what to do. But to help you ask better questions.
Because figuring out your Workverse it’s is an ongoing process of discovery, and it is okay if you are still in the middle of it

Before the pressure of choosing a career. Before the five year plan. Before anyone asked you to be realistic. What did you love before anyone told you what to love?
Most of us had something. Maybe we still do. It is that thing where time disappears and you stop noticing the hours.
For some people it was words. Writing, reading, telling stories.
For others it was numbers, patterns, understanding how things work.
For others it was creating something out of nothing. Drawing, building, designing.
Those things were not random. They were signals.
Start asking better questions. Not “What do you want to do?” but:
• What do you find yourself doing when nobody is watching?
• What do you see and think, “I wish I could do that”?
• What would you never do, even if it paid well?
Start there. And if there is something you genuinely want to fight for, fight for it.
Changing course will not get easier. So do it anyway.
And if you need extra help figuring out what actually motivates you, @getmarlee is an AI coach that helps you understand what you are naturally drawn to. You can find it through the link in our bio.

Gen Z didn’t choose to grow up in a world full of noise, negativay and uncerlainty. But they do get to choose what they do wih it 🌞
@dan.negroni sees it every day, even in his own neignbourhood
A generation that is frustrsted, overwhelmed, and quietly losing hope in what the world has to offer them. But that frustration? it’s not the end of the story.
Our book was writen to help Gen Z open the box of hope. To vade the negative scroll for something more grounded. To move from overwhelmed to opportunistic, without pretending the hard stuff isn’t real.

If no one hands you the map, you have to make one.
That means getting clear on what success actually means to you, not just what looks good from the outside.
For some people, success is impact. For others, it’s balance, freedom, stability, or simply feeling proud of what they’te building
A lot of us were taught to keep moving, keep achieving, keep saying yes. But if you never stop to ask yourself the right questions, you can end up building a life that doesn’t really feel like yours.
A few questions worth sitting with:
• What’s energising me right now?
• What keeps coming up in my work or life that I like or dislike?
• Where am I growing?
• I’m I growing or just moving?
• Where am I stagnating?
• What does success actually look like for me now?
Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from having all the answers, but from finally asking yourself better questions.
Have you ever asked yourself these questions?

We watched Andy hit every deadline, impress everyone, get to Paris. And slowly lose herself in the process.
We called it ambition, we called it the price of success. We said that is just how it works at the top, but burnout does not always look like failing, sometimes it looks like performing perfectly while falling apart inside.
And the workplace Andy survived in 2006? it is still very much alive today. The good news is so is Andy. 20 years later, more confident, more herself, and no longer willing to shrink for a room that was never built for her. As it should be.
You are allowed to outgrow what you once wanted. You are allowed to ask whether the success you are chasing is actually yours. The right career is not the one that is burning you out, it is the one that fits who you actually are.

Most people think burnout means you’re doing too much. But sometimes it’s the opposite...
When your work is too easy, you check out. When it’s too hard, you shut down. Burnout doesn’t always look like exhaustion, sometimes it looks like numbness. Like going through the motions. Like not even knowing why you stopped caring.
Psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi spent decades studying what makes humans feel truly alive at work. His answer wasn money or success. It was flow - that state where the challenge in front of you matches exactly what you’re capable of.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, flat or disconnected from your work, it might not be that you’re in the wrong job. It might be that no one has ever helped you find your flow.
That’s exactly why we wrote Workverse.
Save this if it hit different.

Amara is now 26. She finished her degree in business administration four years ago thinking it would open doors. During that time she got to know herself better and realised what she actually wanted. Today she works for a clothing brand in graphic design. She always knew she was creative but never thought that would become her passion. She figured it out.
If you’re in that place right now, or you’ve been there, this one’s for you.
You’ll figure it out too. Just give yourself some time and get to know yourself better. We’re all amazing in our own way and you might be surprised by what you find.
You’ll find what makes you irreplaceable. Just remember to ask yourself the right questions.
Find Your Workverse book was created exactly for that. It helps you understand how you actually work, what motivates you, what drains you, and what kind of environment brings out the best in you.

That feeling when a book says exactly what you’ve been feeling but couldn’t put into words.
Like someone reached through the page and said.. I see you.
