There’s something about how light moves through a home.
From the soft glow of sunrise to the calm warmth of sunset, every window at @mysahus was intentionally placed to capture these moments. It’s not just about what you see, it’s about what you feel, the rhythm of the day unfolding across every corner.
Small details, thoughtful design, and a little bit of magic; that’s how a house becomes a home.

When the builder, the designer, and the architect all live on the same block… you know it’s going to be good. 👀
Mysa Hus is a home designed by neighbors, not strangers.

We didn’t build this home for a grand opening. We built it to be experienced.
@mysahus has been two years in the making, but it was never about square footage or a single “wow” moment. It’s a collection of smaller ones. The kind you only notice when you slow down enough to feel them.
So instead of one big launch, we’re doing something different.
Smaller groups.
More intention.
Space to actually move through the home the way it was designed to be lived in.
What we’re calling the “22 moments of delight” isn’t a checklist. It’s a way of seeing how design, materials, and flow come together to shape how a home feels.
@mysahus wasn't built alone, and it’s not meant to be experienced that way either.
If you’ve been curious what it really means to build a home around living well, this is where it starts. Comment BLOG to learn how you can experience Mysa Hus this summer.
It’s the little things you don’t notice, until you do. A quick sneak peek inside the bathrooms at @mysahus where the details start to tell the full story.
Material choices. Clean lines. Thoughtful moments that don’t need to shout to be felt.
This is just a glimpse of what’s coming together behind the scenes. Wait until you see how it all lands.
Install days tell you everything. You can feel pretty quick when you’re working with the right people; there’s trust, there’s energy, and yeah, there’s usually a lot of laughing.
That’s what it looked like building out the wellness studio at @mysahus with @beachsidecustomgyms .
When you bring in people who truly specialize in their craft, something shifts. You’re not hovering. You’re not second-guessing. You can actually let go a bit and trust the process.
Kali is one of those people. Clear vision. Knows her lane. Executes at a high level and makes it fun along the way.
That’s the kind of collaboration we’re after. Stay tuned for more to come on what and why we chose the items we did for this space.
There’s a moment every builder waits for.
The point where the vision stops looking like a jobsite and starts feeling like home. At @mysahus , the finishes are going in, the details are coming together, and suddenly every decision, drawing, and conversation becomes real.
This stage never gets old. Seeing a home come to life piece by piece is why we do what we do.
Historically, water filtration has been treated as an afterthought. But that’s changing with Naia by Everpure Home.
Naia will be delivering the highest quality water to every corner of @mysahus by @markdwilliams_customhomes .

You’ve seen the reels. The motion. The progress. But this one deserves a slower look.
@mysahus isn’t just about getting to the finish line, it’s about how it feels along the way. The materials. The light. The intention behind every decision that doesn’t always translate at full speed.
Deadlines are getting closer. The push is real. But so is the purpose behind this home; sustainability, wellness, and spaces that actually make you feel something.
Slow it down for a minute. Swipe through. Take it in.
Not every “better” decision looks better on paper. At @mysahus , even the fireplace became a conversation.
Gas would’ve been easier. Cleaner. More efficient. And if wellness only meant physical, that might’ve been the answer.
But here, wellness goes deeper. It’s the process. The pause. The intention.
The slow burn of a wood-burning fireplace. The time it takes to stack it, light it, tend to it. The quiet reward when it finally catches and fills the room.
That crackle does something. It grounds you. Pulls you out of the noise and back into the moment.
Not everything in a home should be optimized. Some things should ask a little more of you, and give a little more back.
That’s the kind of decision that shapes how a home actually feels.
Most people walk a home tour.
Very few actually feel what they’re looking at.
That’s what happened stepping into Mysa Hus during the Artisan Tour by Parade of Homes.
The difference wasn’t just finishes or furniture—it was the quiet confidence in how the home was built. Nothing trying too hard. Nothing there by accident.
Just intentional design, well executed, and impossible to ignore once you’re inside.

Some homes you tour.
Others change what you expect from a home.
There’s a point in every build you don’t hear talked about much.
You can see the end now. The details are tightening up, the vision is finally showing up in real life and it’s so close to what you had in your head.
And that’s where it gets a little weird.
Because you’ve been in it every day. Solving problems, making calls, carrying the weight of it. It’s been yours for so long part of you doesn’t want to let it go yet.
But you also can’t wait to hand it over and see it lived in. It’s that in-between; pride, pressure, a little bit of “not yet,” all at the same time.
If you build for real, you know exactly what that feels like.
