Runa in Hollywood! Now that’s what you call a Christmas gift! Silent Trees has been selected to Slamdance—one of the most iconic independent film festivals in the world, and it’s the only Polish title in next year’s edition!!!
For three decades, it was held in Utah, almost parallel to the famous Sundance, but year after year, the event has grown, and in 2025, Silent Trees will be shown nowhere else but in Hollywood! The 31st Slamdance will take place from February 20-26 in Los Angeles 🇺🇸.
The ✦ Breakouts ✦ section, where our film will be presented, is dedicated to experienced directors whose perspectives reject established patterns and go and go beyond classic narrative and documentary conventions.—as we read on the festival’s website, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better fit!
