Client: Time and a half Books
Since spring 2025, M\WM has worked closely with
@timeandahalfbooks to build an airtight visual identity and voice for the city of Chicago’s newest independent bookstore. So it’s no surprise to us they were just voted “Favorite Emerging Business” by the Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce.
The Time and a half Icon — which Collett requested we mention is a precisely 120 degree angle — represents the time after 5pm and before 9am that we can spend however we want. Because “time with a book is worth time and a half.”
In addition to this logo mark, The Team developed go-to market strategies and communication guidelines for the brand and physically produced all in-store and external signage. Lawson wanted to call out the window signage was repurposed from a Starbuck.
