At the heart of it all is a deep belief in dance as a form that connects us back to ourselves and, through that, to each other.
"You know, at VIDF, we believe that if we can’t put on a festival where artists are well supported, then we might as well not exist. As the country’s largest festival dedicated to dance, I feel an immense responsibility to the future of the form and our ability to continue to offer meaningful experiences to audiences."
