WOW just WOW… I guess it’s time to roll the credits on what was a dreamy night and better than we could’ve ever imagined. We want to thank everyone for making this night possible and believing in the vision of MUST x WOKBOI pres. ‘API’. Firstly our volunteers and helpers who worked harder than they should’ve and truly made the night go smoothly!!! @jsmnptrs @charlesfester @anthonyc._ @charlotte___alina , @lopez993 , Steph. Of course our guests… YOU were generous, patient, brought the energy and we couldn’t be more grateful. We are so privileged to be able to put on events like these and in these times community is more important than ever. We are very proud to announce that we have been able to raise $1500 for MSF (Doctors Without Borders) Gaza Fund, with a company matched donation to take us to $3000. We never thought an event like this could have the impact that it’s had, we’re feeling inspired, motivated, tired but hungry in every sense of the word, @must.msg will live on and we can’t wait for the next chapter. We are a fundraiser and always will be and would like to always acknowledge that our event took place on stolen land of the Gadigal people of the Eora nation, sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land. Free Palestine 🇵🇸 BIG LOVE ❤️ from @wok.boi @bb.flambe @kendalkim @leanne.l1 & our lovely guests 📸 (P.S. More Photos & P.T 2 Incoming…)

Introducing ‘API’ - meaning flame or fire in Bahasa Indonesian. MUST welcomes you to our next all-inclusive dining experience. We needed to call some back up for this… We are so lucky to welcome a friend and inspiring chef, @wok.boi back to home turf with a menu heavily influenced by the flavours and experiences of his recent travels. To say that Aldwin a.k.a ‘WOK BOI’ is proud of his Indonesian heritage is an understatement, the deep connection that he shares with Eastern cuisine as a chef and food as a whole, is one you’ll only be able to truly understand by attending this iteration of MUST. This event will be operating as a first in best dressed with 40 seats available, we’ve told you before, you don’t wanna miss this one. MUST is a fundraising event with all profits being donated to the Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Gaza Fund. This event takes place on stolen land. We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land - The Gadigal People of the Eora Nation and we pay our respects to Elders past and present. Sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be. The dust has settled and once again we are in awe of how special MUST04 HUSK was…. We are so lucky to have such a special community of people around us, with that we’d like to thank the many hands that made this night possible. Tom, Veronique, Charley, Jon, Gaya, Ruby, Maxeem, Jack, Charlotte, Dylan & Dom. Our lovely guests, who always show up with enthusiasm and bright energies to engage with the experience we aim to showcase. Finally, MUST is a fundraiser and we are proud to say we raised $1400 from all of our profits and donations, which will be going to MSF (Doctors without borders), Gaza Fund who are currently providing medical aid and supporting those around the world affected by armed conflict, disasters and epidemics. If you have the means and are in the financial position to donate we’d really appreciate it, link in bio. Keep your eyes and ears open, we’ll be back soon… MUST.

This is a fundraising event with all profits being donated to the Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Gaza Fund. Introducing HUSK - celebrating the timeless ingredients of grains, nuts, and seeds. The journey over the course of the evening will aim to highlight, celebrate and savour the versatility and richness of grains, the nourishing crunch of nuts, and the delicate flavours of seeds. These foods have shaped cultures and culinary traditions for centuries. This evening will explore the deep connections between the humble yet powerful ingredients that have evolved in use from ancient civilisations to modern-day kitchens.

MUST 3. Kuchisabishii, ‘lonely mouth’. Food was devoured, drinks were poured and our ears were tickled with laughter. The hustle and bustle has begun as we plan our next meeting, although we would like to reminisce on what was such a special evening. Consider yourself told, we will be back soon.
