MuseScore Studio 4.7 is here 🎉
This release is a big one for the community. More than 200 improvements and features in 4.7 came directly from user feedback, all focused on making MuseScore feel smoother, more precise, and easier to use every day.
We’ve added new engraving features like transition indicators, vertical brackets, updated parentheses, and improved system dividers.
A lot of attention also went into workflow improvements – selecting, editing, navigating sounds, and exporting should all feel more natural now. Playback performance has been improved too, with lower latency and better responsiveness across systems.
And for guitarists, this version completes a long series of updates we’ve been building over the past releases.
Huge thanks to our open-source community for the time, care, and energy you continue to put into MuseScore. This release wouldn’t exist without you ❤️
