For the first half of 2026, I’ve built a 24-week performance cycle to maximize Strength, Power, Speed, and Running. I’m following this exact plan myself, and I want a “Founding 15” group to join me.

The fine line between stability and silliness. 🧐
We’ve all seen the extreme setups people create just to feel stable while lifting. The creativity is impressive, but it’s often a sign of a bigger issue.
Here’s the truth: Stability is critical for maximizing force output and ensuring you’re targeting the right muscle group.
BUT... if an exercise requires an outrageous level of preparation just to keep you from falling over, it’s likely time to shift your focus from making an exercise work to picking the right exercise.
Every exercise has a purpose: Hypertrophy, Coordination, Mobility, Power. If an exercise is designed to challenge coordination, maybe you shouldn’t make it the primary exercise in your hypertrophy session. Square pegs go in square holes!
