Mental Health Awareness Week at Multiplex, May 4–8.
This week, teams across our business came together for Mental Health Awareness Week, aligned with the Canadian Mental Health Association's national theme, Come Together, Canada, which highlights the importance of connection in supporting mental health.
At both Head Office and across our site offices, we saw excellent participation in our mental health sessions. Discussions led by our Mental Health First Aiders were grounded in real, day to day experiences, reinforcing that mental health support should be visible, accessible, and embedded in how we work.
A big thank you to our 24 Mental Health First Aiders across the business, who continue to lead conversations, offer support and help create safe spaces for our people.

This week, Slate led ULI Toronto Members through a tour of One Delisle, our landmark luxury condominium nearing completion in midtown Toronto.
The evening began with a presentation by Slate, Globizen Group, WZMH Architects, and Multiplex on the original vision for One Delisle and the inspiration behind the tower’s skyline defining architecture.
Guests then made their way through the building – from the below grade parking garage up to the 34th floor – to experience the panoramic views of the city, stopping to explore various stages of construction throughout.

Last Sunday, Team Multiplex took on the Toronto Marathon across three distances – 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon. Together with our friends, family, and business partners, we raised over $12,000 for the @hrh_foundation , an organization whose work directly improves the health and wellbeing of the people in our community.
Sunday wasn’t just race day. It was a reminder of what this team is made of.

Hard hats on for a closer look at Toronto's latest global landmark.
Yesterday, we were thrilled to welcome @ULI_Toronto to One Delisle. With the tour selling out in just 24 hours, it was great to see much interest from our industry peers.

Today, on #NationalDayofMourning, we acknowledge and honour those who have lost their lives, experienced injury or illness, or been impacted by a work-related tragedy.
Across Multiplex Canada sites and offices, our teams observed a minute of silence to reflect on the importance of safety and our shared responsibility to protect one another.
Our team members shared personal messages on our “I Work Safe For” boards. These reflections, about family, friends and teammates, are a reminder that working safely is personal. It shapes how we show up every day and the choices we make on site and in our offices.
By remembering those we have lost, we reaffirm our ongoing commitment to building safer, healthier workplaces for everyone.
Wednesday April 22, our teams came together for community clean ups across our active projects.
Keeping our neighbourhoods clean and showing care for the environment is something we prioritise year after year. From rolling up our sleeves to working side by side with our project teams and trades, these efforts reflect our commitment to sustainability and being good neighbours.

From digital models to live construction
Multiplex recently welcomed a group of @humberpoly Architectural Technology students to our Etobicoke Civic Centre project for a behind the scenes look at how BIM and VDC come to life on site.
At Multiplex, our model first approach is more than a process. It is how we build with accuracy, clarity, and safety from day one. During the visit, students saw how Virtual Design and Construction helps turn complex ideas into real, buildable outcomes.
From watching cranes and formwork in action to seeing how digital models bring teams together and support smarter decisions before work even starts, the visit offered a true real-world perspective. Experiences like these are essential in preparing the next generation of construction professionals.

NEXTDC B2 Brisbane Stage 2 is levelling up in Brisbane! ⚡️

Construction has reached Level 3 on the AI-ready data centre, with structure and services advancing concurrently through prefabrication and off-site construction methods.
🏗️Over 300 precast concrete panels will be installed
🏗️12 prefabricated wet‑services (hydraulic) risers are enabling vertical services installation to progress in parallel to the structure.

These rises span levels 3 to 8 and are shared across four trades. Fabricated off site and lifted in two 20‑metre sections, the risers reduce work at height, minimise scaffold interaction and support controlled installation.

A major milestone at The Rekai - Cherry Place!
Both tower cranes have been successfully installed on site. This step allows us to move into the next stage of construction as the structure begins to rise above grade.

Structural Works Update 🚧
Levels 1 and 2 concrete pours were completed in February 2026 and that marks a big milestone for the Etobicoke Civic Centre project .
Mechanical and electrical teams are making steady progress with rough ins on Level 2 and throughout the vertical elements from Levels 1 to 2. Rough ins are also ongoing in Basements 1 and 2.
Rebar and beam installation on Level 2 continues with weekly deliveries keeping everything on schedule.
A big thank you to our amazing trade partners DualForming, @salitsteel , @_york1_ , @kelson_mechanical , @aecongroupinc ’s Geothermal Team, Ampere LTD, and Aquanorth Contracting for their strong teamwork and collaboration.
