Last year, joukyu Soy Sauce asked us, “Would you like to hear the sound of soy sauce fermentation?” I was asked by joukyu Soy Sauce, “Would you like to hear the sound of fermentation of soy sauce? I would love to hear it! I replied, “Yes, I would love to hear the sound of soy sauce fermenting,” and I was given the opportunity to listen to this unknown sound.
The brewery has been in existence since the Edo period, so we asked the filmmaker Mr. Ichikawa to accompany us to create a collaborative work of video and ambient music.
We created a joint work of video and ambient music, so we were able to capture the precious fermentation sound and the sound of a hundred years of history.
We hope you enjoy the precious fermentation sounds and the atmosphere of a brewery that has been in existence for 100 years.
