The Open University’s new Powering Up Productivity report highlights a crucial message for the UK: boosting productivity begins with investing in people. We are proud that our Co-Founder and CEO, Safaraz Ali, contributed his insight to this important publication, drawing on decades of experience in social mobility, skills, and inclusive growth.
Safaraz emphasises that apprenticeships, diversity, and capability-building are not optional extras - they are strategic drivers of productivity. When employers invest in skills and create inclusive cultures, they unlock talent, strengthen workforce resilience, and build long-term competitive advantage.
To learn more about the report’s recommendations - and Safaraz’s perspective on how the UK can harness its full potential - we invite you to read the full article on his website.
